An overdue prayer request update!

I'd like to share a couple prayer request with all of you:
*As I've now been here for 4 1/2 years, I went through the process of legally becoming a resident here in the Dominican Republic. The initial residency was only valid for one year. I started the renewal process for my residency, but the Dominican who was helping me is no longer working with Students International. For over a year I've been at a standstill for the process. Please pray: 1-FOR THE CONNECTIONS TO BE MADE WITH A DOMINICAN OF INTEGRITY TO HELP ME THROUGH THE RENEWAL PROCESS OF MY RESIDENCY; 2-FOR THE FUNDS NEEDED (APPROXIMATELY $1000 US WITHOUT LAWYER FEES).

*I will be in the States from June 8 - July 8. In that time there will be multiple activities going on here for which others will have to rise up to cover my duties. Included in such things is a Youth Retreat June 26 & 27 which I am in charge of planning but will not be present for. Please pray that God may give the ability, passion & vision to others to cover the organization of the retreat as well as the functions I have the privilege to serve in.
